Disco Ave Agency embarked on an exciting journey to bring the Did We Just Become Best Friends (DWJBBF) Podcast to life, starting from scratch to develop a vibrant and nostalgic brand identity. Tasked with creating the entire brand persona, we crafted a playful and engaging aesthetic that resonates with listeners and makes them feel part of an exclusive club. Our efforts included designing eye-catching podcast cover art, custom episode artwork, and compelling messaging, all strategically planned to enhance visibility and build a loyal audience. We also executed a comprehensive social media strategy, optimized SEO, and developed marketing materials to promote the podcast. The result? This project started with a dream from the lead podcaster, on a mission to unite four strangers on a podcast to see if they could build a strong enough connection that led to a lasting friendship. Disco Ave Agency led the charge of creating their brand identity and marketing collateral to launch the podcast, as well as the ongoing promotional assets.

Setting the stage

The best part of this project was starting with a blank slate since the podcast was entirely new. That was also the challenge: our team was tasked with developing the entire brand persona alongside the client. We not only had to pitch concepts for their branding but also execute the visuals for every digital and print touchpoint, infusing each element with the podcast’s unique spirit to ensure that every touchpoint felt fun, engaging, and totally DWJBBF.
